Chelle's Critter Hammocks

Flat hammocks are the staple of every rat cage! A basic hammock that almost all rats adore.

Flat hammocks can be made with fleece-on-fleece as well as flannel/cotton-on-fleece.

Pocket hammocks are lined with warm fleece on the inside, and are ideal for ratties who like to feel safe and warm. A great hammock to put in the cage during cold months, and year round especially for very snuggly rats!

Rats who like to run through small spaces will LOVE tube hammocks! They also tend to be a hit with babies and young rats.

Double decker hammocks are great for cages of rats who have varied taste. The ratties get the option of feeling enclosed, like a tube, but also have space to lounge on top out in the open!

Bunk bed hammocks are a great way to save space in a cage! Ratties love them and you get twice as much lounging space for your ratties with the same "footprint" in the cage! Bunk beds are the favorite here at CCH.

Wall pockets are the perfect spot for ratties to curl up and relax. They can be laid flat on the floor of the cage so rats can just crawl, or hung from the walls of the cage so rats can climb in.

Does your ratty like to dig and chew in fabric? Then they'll love the burrow pocket hammock! These hammocks are great for ratties who love to nose around underneath fabric.

Cube hammocks are the perfect, snuggly alternative to igloos. They're a great place for piles of rats to climb in and nap. You can hang the cube with the bottom on a shelf in your cage for more stability, or "free hang" it out in the open! I've never met a rattie that doesn't love a good cube hammock.
