For convenience, we've set up an order form on this page which you can use to place your order. You can also email chellescritterhaven@gmail.com to place an order, to change your order, to request pick-up (local only), as well as request a money order address.

All purchases must be made to chellescritterhaven@gmail.com, by email money transfer, Paypal, money order, cash, or check. Products will NOT be shipped out until the full cost (plus shipping) has been paid, and any personal checks have cleared. Feel free to email us with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have.

Please keep in mind that all proceeds go towards Chelle's Critter Haven, a small, home‐based rodent rescue in Guelph, Ontario.

Invoices  

ALL orders will receive an invoice via Paypal. This does not mean you have to pay via Paypal. This simply lets you know your total, with a breakdown of items. You can still pay via money order, email money transfer, check, cash, or Paypal.

Please keep in mind that if your order is very large, I likely won't have enough of one fabric to make it all the same. Please list a backup fabric that you'd like in case I don't have enough. I will contact you by email if I cannot make your order to your exact specifications, and we can hopefully work out a compromise!
